Jimmy Han has worked in the Golf & Country Club industry since he was a 21 year old in college starting as a golf marshal and cart attendant. Over the years, Jimmy worked his way through the key management positions of a country club under the training and guidance of Club Corp, American Golf and Kemper Sports, 3 of the most reputable golf companies in the world.
While managing such clubs as Mission Hills Country Club, Indian Wells Country Club and Topwin Golf & Country Club, Jimmy has gained management experience at a wide range of golf facilities from high volume daily fee properties, pre-opening and development properties, as well as high-end private clubs that have hosted professional golf tour events. He has spent the last 5 years in Beijing, China, most recently working with Nicklaus China, a full "turnkey" golf company serving the China region in business development, executive planning and management consulting services. He graduated from California Polytechnic University, Pomona with a B.S. in Accounting.
Ken Baker
Partner & Designer
Ken Baker has over 21 years of experience in the golf course design industry with over 13 years' experience in the Asia region. He is currently the acting head of golf course design services for One Club Limited and BHLM Management Limited, both golf services companies providing a wide range of golf planning, design, operations, sales, marketing, construction management and feasibility planning services throughout the Asia region. Ken has been intricately involved in the growth of the game of golf throughout the Asia region since his arrival in 2003, and he continues to support the industry through his involvement with various organizations, committees and programs that serve to promote the game of golf and educate owners and their staff on various aspects of the golf design industry.
Prior to the formation of One Club Limited, Ken served as Senior Design Associate for Nicklaus Design and was involved in the design and development of numerous golf course projects throughout the Asia region. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Ornamental Horticulture & Landscape Design, with an emphasis on turfgrass cultivation and management, from the University of Tennessee, USA. He also holds a Masters of Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University, USA where his research and studies focused on golf course architecture and environmental systems. In addition to his design background, he also has experience in turfgrass maintenance from his brief engagements with Colonial Country Club and Cherokee Country Club in the USA.
David Han
Project Director
David Han started in the Golf & Country Club Industry as a Marshal at his local public golf course. Due to his love of the industry, he began his professional training as an Assistant Professional and Tournament Director at Moreno Valley Ranch Golf Course, which hosted a yearly Nike Tour Event. At this time, he was offered the choice for a more rounded training within the industry and moved from the golf department to the food & beverage department.
Since the transition, David has had the opportunity to manage at both public and private clubs within Southern California, receiving training and experience from two of the largest golf corporations in the world – American Golf and ClubCorp. His last club in America afforded the chance to not only work at Shadowridge Country Club, home of TaylorMade Golf, but also participate in a management capacity at the Kraft Nabisco Championship at Mission Hills.
For the last five years, David has resettled in China. First working as the Assistant General Manager at the award winning Nicklaus Club – Beijing during the redesign, and then as the Club Manager at Nicklaus Resort Qiandaohu.
Patrick Quernemoen

Patrick has been a member of the PGA of America for over sixteen years. He has worked in the Golf & Country Club industry for over twenty-two years while serving at nine different facilities in the United States and China. He has managed multi-faceted facilities including public, ultra-private, busy private and golf associations.
He has experience with four different management companies during his tenure and has worked on the start-up and rebranding of several properties. While in the United States, he received several national marketing awards by Golf Inc. Magazine.
Patrick is fluent in both English and Mandarin. He holds the following degrees: MBA, BBA of Marketing/Professional Golf Management from Mississippi State University. Patrick’s hobbies include architecture, hiking and running.
